We’ve joined the Trusted Cleaner Network!

We don’t normally ‘blow our own trumpet’ as I believe that our Blog is primarily there as an educational resource for visitors to our site and our regular followers but on this occassion I am going to bend the rules…just a bit!

Over the past couple of months we have been working hard with the Tom White and the team from Trusted Cleaner in order to meet their criteria, be vetted and approved as the ‘Trusted Cleaner’ for the Brisbane region.

As part of the process we needed to demonstrate:

• A commitment to customer service through our various quality monitoring systems
• That we encourage and implement innovation in cleaning service operations through our contractor network
• An ongoing commitment to working safely and providing our staff, clients and contractors with the tools necessary to ensure a safe work environment.
• The ability to be able to provide not only a regular cleaning service to our clients but also a range of additional specialised facilities cleaning services.

The Japanese use the term Kaizen which, when used in the business sense and applied to the workplace, refers to activities that continually improve functions across the business, at all levels. Source: Wikipedia

Our ongoing commitment is to make our business better for all stakeholders by applying the Kaizen principles.

My word…now that’s a ‘motherhood statement’. Enough of that! Back to sharing other things that we find interesting. Cheers!
